CFTC Public comments & potential rewrite of Reporting Rules (Parts 43 & 45) Data Harmonization among SDRs – Phase II CDS asset class New report requests to monitor LEI adoption, reporting times & data quality Canadian Regulators Canada’s G20 commitment - provincial rules & oversight (Rule reporting/TRs) OSC, AMF & MSC approved three TRs effective reporting date October 31, 2014 Alberta (ASC) expected to release draft reporting/TR rules November, 2014 Clearing Agencies derivatives & transactions with Local Counterparties must be reported Physical commodity contracts excluded but must intend to deliver & no cash settlement European Securities & Markets Authority (ESMA) Inter-TR reconciliation process requires matching of trades sides due to dual reporting Subsequent data validation requirements by TRs effective December 1, 2014 TRs provide reports to ESMA & National Competent Authorities (NCAs)

Company Set Up Counterparties: Excel Spreadsheet is available under Help-Technical Guides to provide your counterparty information (Participant and Non Participant info) Participants: Please access Admin-Companies tab and have a user with Manage User permissions manage your company set up Canada Reporting Information Canadian Local Counterparty: Indication of the Canadian jurisdictions the counterparty has reporting obligations under Canadian Derivatives Dealer: Indication to the party holding themselves a Canadian Derivatives Dealer for Trade Reporting.
