5 Detailed Process Flow Flow Details RFID Card - Issue & Recharge
Each staff member/student of the School will be issued a RFID Card which works as a pre-paid debit card. Additional details about the individual, ID, name and contact# can be captured Staff/Students can load currency on the card by approaching the cashier at the pay counter who will assist At this time they will also be able to verify balance, view purchase history Food and Beverage Purchases using the RFID Card The food counter will have a point of sale machine including RFID card reader to accept payments via the RFID cards Staff/students will approach the counter and tap the RFID card on the reader they have and order the food and beverages. The service person at the counter will punch in the items and deduct the amount from the card balance against the food purchased. If balance is not sufficient on the card then the same is informed to the staff and asked to recharge the card with additional amount. 11/12/2018

All the card purchases and recharges are stored in the server All staff/student details captured will be stored in the server and used for verification in case of card lost or not working scenarios All purchases made by each staff at the counters along with item details are stored and recorded Exhaustive suite of reports available online or over for analysis and financial recording purposes Custom reports can be added per the requirements using the reporting engine System supports multi-language and messages can be customized 11/12/2018
