9 The Site Constraints: 1. Not accessible with wheeled heavy equipment 2. No power available 3. Steep stream gradient 4. Considerable bedload & debris movement 5. Remote & subject to vandalism 6. Requires winter flow diversion 7. Summer flow must be proportionally split 8. Stream can go dry
