Foster collaboration & networking among Bay Area researchers Highlight innovative examples & disseminate learnings Understand PCORI’s new directions Promote UCSF resources that support CER 2011 Mike Steinman and Deb Grady after conducting survey and speaking with faculty-- identified barriers to investigators conducting and receiving funding for CER- related projects This symposium, now in its 5th year, was develop to help address these barriers. Help identify collaborators and methodologic experts, and support datasets and cohort identification tools.
