3 The New OrthoProLogic Program

4 Use the same toolbar icon to navigate to the insurance queue. Two new filter options are available: - Ready to E-send for electronic claims - Cancelled to show cancelled claims Insurance Queue

6 Insurance Form The screen for entering insurance form data now resembles the actual printed form

7 Patient, responsible party, contract, and insurance information cannot be changed in the new program. Everything is still editable in the billing program. After changes are made, the Refresh button can be used. Ins Form Details

9 After a claim is filled out correctly, click the Print icon, then select Ready To E-Send Electronic Claim Submission Step 1 – Each Claim

10 The Ready to E-Send filter will show all claims ready to be submitted electronically. Clicking the Generate Claim File will create the file to be uploaded to their website. 11 Insurance report looks exactly like the 2006 ADA form. It supports an imported signature. Insurance Form Report

12 Similar dialog for adding reminders. Reminders can be Financial or Insurance Queue. Reminders appear in their own tab. Each reminder will show all the details including whether or not it alerts when the patient is selected. Reminders

13 The chart tab will show financial chart entries including scans. Also shown are comments and alerts (chart alert, schedule alert, and chart reminders). Scans can be opened by double- clicking them. Chart

15 Graphing Many reports include a graph option to see reports in bar and line graphs.

16 Billing Program Please note that the insurance icon is no longer available in the Billing program

17 Responsible Party Screen Insurance Grid asdfasdfabels Payer ID is added to the insurance grid

18 Patient and Billing Insurance Information Payer ID can be maintained by editing an insurance company (right click Open Insurance from Responsible Party) Payer ID has a 10 characters maximum. Although you should never duplicate payer IDs, duplicates are allowed.
