These properties were foreclosures and we used to manage them until they were sold a few years ago. The owner has recently died and his widow is interested in us taking them back. She is currently out of the country and will be back soon. I recently went there to see the properties again and I took these pictures. They are great rental properties, in good neighborhoods and appear to be in good condition. The rents given are approximate and will be verified with her (they may be higher than stated). We will get the cash pricing soon and it may be possible to purchase all three with a wrap on existing mortgages for a limited period.
