2. The website Address of RHS is http://www.wbprd.org/rhs
Link for SEBA 1.2 software is available in the RHS website as SEBA Software & Database or
At top left click on ‘Download SEBA-1.2’ to download the software. Always use latest version of Software (Now SEBA 1.2) which will be available in this page.
At top right click on ‘Download SEBA Administrator’ to download exe file for creating user, dropping user and importing the dmp file for SEBA.
Download your block database by clicking your block name which is available in this page. Now you can not add additional beneficiaries for IGNOAPS.
Download the Format from the Website for submitting details of erstwhile NOAPS beneficiaries, whose names have not been incorporated in the database of SEBA
If the link of your block is not available, it means the database & pdf file for IGNOAPS which you have sent is mismatched.

3. SEBA Installation Creating ‘ODBC’:
Go to ‘ Start – Setting – Control Panel ’
Double Click ‘Administrative Tools’
Double Click ‘ Data Source ODBC ‘
Select ‘System DSN’ Tab
Click ‘ ADD ‘
Select ‘ Microsoft ODBC for Oracle ‘ driver name from the list of Drivers.
Click ‘ Finish ‘
Type ‘seba’ for ‘Data Source Name’, ‘Description’, ‘User Name’ and ‘Server’
Click ‘OK’, ‘OK’
Close all windows.

4. SEBA Installation
Creating TNS:
Click ‘ start – Programs – Oracle-Orahome92 – Configuration and Migration Tools – Net Configuration Assistant ‘
Clock on ‘Local Net Service Name Configuration’ then Next
Clock on ‘Add’ then Next
Click ‘ Oracle 8i or later database or service’ then Next
Type ‘pnrdifms’ as ‘Service Name’ then click next.

Select ‘ TCP ’ then click Next
Type Host Name ‘ ’ for Server (Host name is IP of Server for Client) & select standard port No. 1521(by default) then click Next
Select ‘Yes Perform a Test’ then click Next
Click ‘Change Login’, Type password ‘pnrdifms’ and Click ‘OK’, ‘Connecting…..test successful’ will come in ‘details’ Box. Then click Next
Type ‘SEBA’ as net service name, then click Next
Click ‘No’ then click Next Click ‘Finish’

6. SEBA Installation
Import DMP
In ‘SEBA-Administration’ folder double click on ‘SEBACreateUser’, then click on ‘Create User’, then click on ‘Grant’, for both wait for message and click ‘OK’. Close window.
Then double click on ‘SEBAImportDmp’; from left side select folder where the DMP stored; from right select the DMP file and click on ‘import’.
Wait for message, click on ‘OK’ and close Window
Copy ‘SEBA12’ folder in any drive in your hard disk, create shortcut of ‘SEBA12.exe’ on desktop.
