For pictures, graphs, photos etc, make sure you know where they are on your computer then go to the Insert Menu, then >Picture>from file
The swatches to the left are those from the Keele logo You could use the colours throughout your own poster, although may be best in small blocks of colour rather than large areas which may be overwhelming
