Issues that are identified can still be updated BEFORE YOU SUBMIT! Not all issues that are identified need to be altered. e.g. ESLBO0 does not need ESLAO0 as a prerequisite. Principals may waive prerequisites if in the student’s best interest. You must use a Pre-requisite Waiver form, available in Guidance. You can add comments to the plan, such as Summer School plans. Troubleshooting Request Form available in Guidance

42 Missing Prerequisite Notification
Missing prerequisites have a red indicator and are highlighted in Pink Please review your course prerequisites. You must complete a Pre-requisite Waiver form for all missing pre-requisites (except ESL) See your Guidance Counsellor to develop a plan.

44 Print Sign-Off Sheet (Verification Form)
Sign-off Sheet must be selected (it is not automatic) The Sign-off Sheet can be printed multiple times.

45 Please print the Course Verification Form / Sign-Off Sheet in myBlueprint
Have your Parent/ Guardian sign the form and return the form to your Homeform Teacher before Feb.8th. Verification Form

46 Plan, plan, plan and then SUBMIT!
Students are responsible for going to myBlueprint and choosing their courses starting Jan. 11th Verification forms are due in Sem.2 Homeform before February 8th Courses only run with sufficient enrollment Once a course is full, students will be placed on a waiting list based on time and date of final submission

51 34 credit threshold If you want to return for a 5th year, you need to plan ahead as you cannot exceed 34 credits in your 5th year of high school Exceptions: IEP and ELL students
