FAN4149 and FAN41501 Key Features These devices are available in our Space Savings SOT23-6L and SuperSOT™ 6-pin packages The FAN4149 and FAN41501 products require a minimum number of components to provide: Continual Ground Fault Detection Self test cycle initiated after 1 second of applied power or reset and every 90 minutes thereafter Self test cycle includes testing for SCR, solenoid, sense transformer and FAN4149 ground fault controller End of Life Alarm Signal Auto reset of EOL signal when a successful manual test is detected

The Key FL5150 Features Include: IGBT or MOS Symmetric AC current control Separate pin for detection of an earth ground wire for the ZC threshold Less than 25 μA of earth ground leakage current required If an earth ground connection is not detected at start up, the FL5150 will use the sense pins for the ZC threshold detection Timer window comparator for ZC flicker reduction Selectable maximum duty at start up for AC load "kick start" Space saving SOIC 8 pin package Typically 240 dimmer pulse width steps with automatic ~1.1 second delay from minimum to maximum range No minimum “holding current” requirement
