3. 2 CMP implementation TSOs are currently working on the interpretation of the CMP text from the EC decision of 24 August 2012 The different mechanisms need a detailed analysis by TSOs and further definitions from EC/NRAs Coordination work must be done at a country level as well as at regional level for a successful implementation Oversubscription and buy-back mechanisms request a particular evaluation due to the risks/rewards associated for TSOs. The following CMP implementation roadmap is a first proposal and must not be seen as a formal engagement from TSOs until further precisions are given to the different mechanisms
