3 Compulsory subjects/components
- Personal Learning Plan (10 credits) Literacy (at least 20 credits from a range of English subjects or courses) Numeracy (at least 10 credits from a range of Mathematics subjects or courses) - Research Project = 10 Credits - 3 x Stage 2 Subjects = 60 Credits

4 Multiple Learning Options #1
4 or 5 subjects: Full time load + Study line = Yr12 [Study line = 5/10 lessons fully supervised] [Home Study = negotiation through qualification] 6 subjects: Full time load = Yr 11 [no Study line] Plus the equivalents…

5 Multiple Learning Options #2
Full time: School + Open Access1 Full time: School + apprenticeship/TAFE2 Year 13/Part time: finishing off pattern requirements *Must be negotiated & 2 = For Year 11 & Year 12 students

6 Other subjects and courses
SACE recognises learning both in and outside of school, for example: School subjects + … Vocational Education and Training courses (VET) TAFE (and university courses) Community Learning (The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, volunteer work, home carers, Vacswim, Cadets, Operation Flinders, CFS…)
