1. Sponsor organization (HAF, MAJCOM, ANG, AFRC, etc.) 2. Target Audience (Wing, senior staff, civilians, etc.) 3. Estimated # of attendees 4. Exact location and time (when decided) 5. POC name, DSN, Comm

7 When Do You Worry? Assigned PACE presenter will contact your POC directly for detailed logistic coordination as required Stop worrying…and enjoy the ride

Who is the Priority? PACE scheduling priority: 1. Formal courses…Wg/Gp/Sq CCs & Spouses, Chiefs, PMEs, ROTC Det CCs, 1st Sgts, Tech Training, AFRS Flight Chiefs & Pro Sup Orientations, etc. 2. SAF, HAF, MAJCOM direct requests 3. Wings 4. Conferences and offsites 5. All other Target: 50+ attendees…and a Wing-level coordinated request.
