The Management and Staff of the Cyprotel Faliraki would like to give you the warmest of welcomes. We are here at your disposal to help you have a wonderful stay. Below you will find all the information on the services our Hotel has to offer. We hope this will be useful during your stay with us.
Our aim is to improve our services with the objective of making your stay more pleasurable and we would be happy to hear any suggestions you may have.
Safety Deposit Box
Your room has a safety deposit box at a daily charge.
The key is available at the reception.
For security reasons we ask our guests to keep all their valuables inside the safe and be aware of the fact that the Hotel cannot be held responsible for the loss of any items not kept in the safety deposit box.
All Inclusive Wristbands
Upon arrival, if you are staying with us on an All-Inclusive basis, you will be given an identification wristband along with your key card. This will entitle you to take advantage of our All Inclusive services. We therefore kindly request that you wear it on your wrist at all times.
Repairs
We hope your room is to your liking.
If any repairs are needed during your stay, contact the Reception and we will send a technician within 2hrs.
Babysitter
24hrs notice required and available at a charge.

Other Services
In order to hire a car or taxi, order flowers or request medical aid please contact the Reception at any time. Should you wish to buy or order a magazine or newspaper you may do so at the Mini Market outside the Lydia Terrace Restaurant.
Messages
During your absence from the Hotel, we will take your messages and deliver your personal correspondence.
Laundry Service
We offer a laundry service from Monday – Friday except on Public Holidays. You may request a laundry bag and price list from the Reception Desk. Please do not forget to write your name and room number. Delivery period: 48hrs
Danae Snack Bar Swimming Pool
This pool is reserved for guests wishing to have a peaceful break in the sun. Please respect their wish to relax and use the Main Pool or the Aqua Park Pool if you wish to be in a more lively environment.
Main Pool
This is the pool where all the water activities take place and where children can splash around and have lots of fun. It is also better suited to small children as it has a gentle slanting entrance.
Aqua Park Pool
The Aqua Park open from 10:00 – 18:00 seven days a week and may be used by all guests. For safety reasons however the water slides may only be used by children aged 6 years and over. Children under the age of 6 may use the children’s pool in the Aqua Park with the water features or the children’s pool outside Ari’s Mini Club which has two slides.
Pool Towels
Pool towels may be rented with a 10 euro refundable deposit from the Reception. Guests are requested not to use the white bathroom towels outside their room.
Timetable
At 19:00 our staff begins treatment of the pools for the following day. For safety reasons please refrain from using the pools after this time.
Sun Beds
If you are not going to use the sun beds please do not reserve them with items of clothing or other objects.
The Hotel staff will remove them if necessary.
Restaurants
Please note that the Food Court (11:00 – 19:00) the Magic Potions Kiosk (8:00 – 24:00) the Magic Love Club (23:00 – 2:30) and the Ino a la carte (19:30 – 22:30) are not part of the A/I package and offer food and drinks at an extra charge.
Guests on A/I may use the below self service venues at no extra cost and may have unlimited food and local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (not bottled).

For our Restaurants & Bars the dress code is smart casual. Gentlemen are kindly requested not to enter these venues in shorts or sleeveless t-shirts.

Please note that in order to ensure better service our staff serves up to three beverages per person per order.
No – Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in any of the indoor venues.
Rooms
Please note that in line with EU environmental regulations, the air conditioning system has a cut off mechanism when the room terrace or balcony doors are open.
Electricity
The electricity supply is 220/240 volts.
Bathroom sockets are 110 volts for shavers only.
Tea & Coffee Making Facilities
All rooms offer complimentary tea and coffee making facilities. Please note that tea, coffee, sugar and milk are only provided upon arrival. Guests wishing to replenish their trays, may take the necessary supplies from the Lydia Restaurant.

Departure
Please vacate your room before 12 a.m. on the day of your departure.
We have a courtesy room and a luggage room available free of charge.
Late check outs are subject to availability at a charge.

Sports & Entertainment
We have prepared an extremely varied sports, animation and entertainment program which starts at 10 a.m. with exercises and finishes at 24:00. The entertainers will also organize different activities with your collaboration. Activities such as volleyball, football, shuffleboard, table tennis, boccia, yoga etc… are advertised on the entertainment notice board in the Hotel lobby and at the Main Pool.
Games Room & Internet Access
Video games and billiards table available at the Hotel upper floor.
Wi-Fi Internet access is available throughout the Hotel free of charge.
Mini Club
The Mini Club welcomes children aged 4 – 12 and is open 6 days a week from 10:00 – 13:00 and then from 14:00 – 17:00
The Sea of Sand
Children may use the sand pit and activity play ground but must be supervised by an adult. The toys provided in the sand pit may not be taken out of that designated area for use anywhere else in the Hotel.
Some Suggestions
Electrical Equipment
For your own safety and for the safety of our Hotel, we kindly request that guests not use irons, heating elements or any other electrical equipment in your room, as the risk of causing an accident or fire is very high.
Car Parks
The car park has no surveillance, so please try not to leave objects in visible places inside the car.
Silence
We would appreciate silence in the hotel corridors after 22:00 out of respect for other guests.
Safety
Entering the Hotel in wet garments is prohibited in order to avoid possible slipping or accidents. Glassware and chinaware are also not permitted around the pool area. Polycarbonate cups and plates are available at your disposal.
Fire
In case of fire, notify the Reception immediately by dialing 0. For emergency exits, consult the instructions on the plan found on the back of your bedroom door as soon as the alarm sounds. The elevators should not be used in such cases.
Fire extinguishers can be found on each floor. In case the Hotel needs to be evacuated, the meeting point is the front of the parking lot.
