6 Medical Baseline Increases customer’s baseline allowance
Provides for warning in case of planned outage Registered customers cannot be shut off remotely Eligibility: conditions and equipment + Requires certification and periodic recertification by MD or Dr. of Osteopathy Households can qualify for more than one ”discount”. Only utility program that does NOT have income eligibility
