4 Goal of Activities The goal of this activity is to provide new information on current management strategies, the most up-to- date evidence-based medicine, and clinical trial results in heart failure management.

5 Target Audience This CME/CE activity is designed for cardiology specialists, internal medicine and primary care physicians, and other clinicians involved in the screening and treatment of patients with heart failure.

6 Learning Objective Evaluate prescriptions of patients diagnosed with systolic heart failure to ensure they are not taking therapies that cause/exacerbate heart failure.
