The goal of this activity is to provide new information on current management strategies, the most up-to- date evidence-based medicine, and clinical trial results in heart failure management.

This CME/CE activity is designed for cardiology specialists, internal medicine and primary care physicians, and other clinicians involved in the screening and treatment of patients with heart failure.

Evaluate prescriptions of patients diagnosed with systolic heart failure to ensure they are not taking therapies that cause/exacerbate heart failure.
