2. Teacher: Ms Elena Liakou Class: D 1,4 adv Number of students:19 Duration of project : one week Age of students: 9 Years of learning of English: 2 years Aims: To encourage students to use appropriate vocabulary and expressions and to develop their writing skills

3. Students were given samples of film reviews and a discussion followed on how to go about writing a film review. They were asked to mention what the film was like, what kind of film it was, summarize the plot in a few sentences and say something about the main characters. After finishing their projects, they presented them in the classroom. Here are some samples of their work.

5. Alice in Wonderland was amazing. It wasnt just for children and it wasnt a cartoon either but it was a real adventure movie. I enjoyed it a lot.

6. The story was about Alice and all the different things that happened to her in wonderland. She became friends with an invisible cat, a giant rabbit and a hat maker. She helped them to fight the evil queen of hearts.

7. I liked Alice most because she was very brave. I also liked her friend the rabbit who always gave her good advice.

9. The film Oz the Great & Powerful was very exciting and full of surprises. It was a fantasy adventure film. It is a great film for both children and adults. I saw it with my friend Thalia and my grandma. They both enjoyed it!

10. about Oscar OZ who was a small magician in a travelling circus. He is getting involved in a magical world and he tries to save Emerald City of Oz from the bad Witch.

11. The character of Oscar Oz was great because he was brave, funny & kind. I also liked his friends Theodora and the flying monkey.

12. The film was adventurous and funny! It had plenty of beautiful images. I liked it a lot!

13. HANGOVER by Stephanos Binis D1/4 The film hangover was amazing. It was a comedy just for adults. Three buddies wake up from a bachelor party in Las Vegas, with no memory of the previous night and the bachelor is missing. They make their way around the city in order to find their friend before his wedding. The character of Galifianakis was funny. The film was funny.

17. Gravity was exciting and very unusual. It was an adventure film and it was for all the family. My brothers and my parents enjoyed it too. The story was about a woman (Sandra Bullock), who had difficulty in space. Pieces of satellites destroyed the space station where she worked and she couldnt go back to Earth. There was a man (George Clooney) who helped her but he got lost in space.The woman finally returned to Earth after some time. The character of the man was great because he was brave and kind. 18. FROZEN FROZEN WAS AMAZING.IT WAS A 3D-ANIMATED MYSTICAL FANTASY-COMEDY FILM,BUT IT WASNT JUST FOR CHILDREN.MY PARENTS ENJOYED IT TOO!

19. FROZEN THE STORY WAS ABOUT TWO PRINCESSES ANNA & ELSA. ELSA HAD THE MAGICAL POWER TO MAKE ICE AND SNOW. ONE NIGHT WHILE PLAYING, SHE HURTS HER YOUNGER SISTER ANNA BY MISTAKE.

20. FROZEN ANNA, GOES ON A JOURNEY WITH A MOUNTAIN MAN, HIS PET REINDEER, AND A FUNNY SNOWMAN TO FIND HER LOST SISTER, WHOSE ICY POWERS TRAPPED THE KINGDOM IN WINTER.
