Overview
A VR game that is based on the popular game “Fruit Ninja”
The player’s main goal is to win as much as points as he can, by cutting fruits and avoiding different obstacles
We added features to the game (that wasn’t in the original game) and adjusted these features and the exiting ones to the VR experience

We created a game that runs on computer and played with VR gear, targeted for HTC VIVE
The application developed using Unity game engine
Equipment required
HTC VIVE headset
HTC VIVE right controller

4. Fruit ninja VR
The game
In order to play the game, the user should use the right controller
Pressing the controller’s touchpad and trigger to choose the game preferences (in the game menu)
Pressing the controller’s touchpad in order to cut fruits
The game consists 3 scenes for the user to navigate
Menu
Play scene
Game over scene
There are several kinds of sounds and new features we added the game

The current score and time left for the game are visible to the user during the game

Iceberg
Two more object are thrown - a bomb and a clock
Intuitive update of special score
In the field and iceberg environments the user can cut birds/penguins
Each scene has other special objects as a part of the background

The user can get to this scene only when the game is over
The user can see his final score
The only way to exit this scene is to go back to menu
