Catalyze Scale-up of Male Circumcision
5 year grant to MC Partnership (PSI, Jhpiego, MSI, Pop Council) to scale-up MC in Swaziland and Zambia (late 2008)
Support government initiated scale-up in Botswana through ACHAP grantee
Answer operational research questions including costing
5 year grant to MC Consortium in Nyanza Province in Kenya (2007)

Build on synergies and reduce duplication
