5. His boss is the Group Chief. This person: provides him with his assignments, reviews our work for correctness, provides comments when needed, approves his work. His bosss boss is the Chief Scientist or the Chief Engineer Above them is the Project Manager. He or she makes sure that the final product is what we were supposed to do. 7. HOW OLD WERE YOU WHEN YOU STARTED LEARNING PHYSICAL SCIENCE? He thinks he was 5 when he started. He was also curious about his toys. He learned more when he could read books and magazine articles about physical science

8. I ASKED MY EXPERT WHEN DID YOU START WORKING WITH SCIENCE? He liked to take apart his toys and try to put them back together. Toys are made by engineers using science and are made using technology and tools. When he grew up he took courses in science and mathematics.

9. MY EXPERT WENT TO ENGINEERING SCHOOL He studied aerospace engineering. After gradation he got a job with an aerospace company as a engineer to design and build airplane.

10. WHAT DO YOU LEARN ABOUT PHYSICAL SCIENCE IN YOUR JOB? We study how nature works and how to make our lives better, more comfortable and safer. We can use physical science to : Build houses Make cars Airplanes Ships And trains Make stoves and refrigerators Make TVs and telephones More fun toys Develop heaters and air-conditioners.

11. MY EXPERT TOLD ME HOW TO LEARN ABOUT PHYSICAL SCIENCE Be curious about how nature and things work. Ask question from people who have studied the physical science. Read books and articles. Talk with your teachers and counselors. Go to college to study them. After graduation work as a physical scientist and become an expert.
