Provides services to all student Veterans, active duty, and Veterans’ dependents:
Help with VA benefits
Vocational Rehabilitation
Career counseling and academic planning
Transition support services and readjustment counseling

Employment services and job placement assistance
Assisting with VA healthcare services
Updated information on VA changes and policies

Eligibility Requirements:
Transitioning Service-members (6 months pre-discharge or within 12 months post-discharge)
Any Service-member or Veteran currently eligible for a VA education benefit
All current VA education beneficiaries

Individual and group counseling for Veterans, Service members, and their families
Family counseling for military related issues
Bereavement counseling for families who experience an active duty death
Military sexual trauma counseling and referral

Substance abuse assessment and referral
Employment assessment & referral
VBA benefits explanation and referral
Screening & referral for medical issues including TBI, depression, etc.

12. VITAL Mental Health Services Care Coordination
services range from helping with stress and time management, to assessment and treatment of clinical conditions
