5. Job: two lessons Satan considers us: God considers us:
To destroy our hope, by tempting us to doubt God.
God considers us:
To provide us with hope, by teaching us to trust Him.

6. What should we consider?
“Let those who suffer according to the will of God commit their souls to Him in doing good, as to a faithful Creator” (1 Pet 4:9).
“You are of God, little children, …He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world” (1 John 4:4).

7. What should we consider?
“For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil” (1 John 3:8; cf. Heb 2:14-15).
“Yet in all these things (tribulation, distress, persecution, famine, nakedness, peril, sword) we are more than conquerors through Him (Christ) who loved us” (Rom 8:35, 37).
