3 3 Locations to Serve You Our Main Location is in San Bernardino. We are located on the northwest corner of 4th and “D” Streets at 402 North “D” Street. Our phone number is The hours of operation are Monday – Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Friday hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Most Saturdays we are open 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

9 What We Do Primary Authority
We provide print and/or electronic access to all published Federal and State Case Law, including older cases preceding the West Reporter System. Print Access to Federal and California Codes/Laws and Regulations. Electronic access to all other state’s codes/laws and regulations. Federal and California statutes in print. (Used for legislative intent and legislative history.)

Practice oriented treatises . All titles from Continuing Education of the Bar (CEB) and Rutter Group as well as print/electronic access to all Mathew Bender titles. Congressional hearings in microfiche Wealth of material in tangible format (print/microfiche/microfilm) and electronic access.
