An easterly wave to the north, should continue westwards, missing Sierra Leone. Elsewhere unstable conditions across west Africa this evening, with more isolated thunderstorms, these still developing though, but they don’t look very well organised, and should decay after sunset. To the east quiet conditions, and these expected over Sierra Leone on Sunday. Note: Crosses indicate recent thunderstorm activity – red being from the last 10 minutes.
