6 Contractor registration process
Contractor completes registration form and submits along with supporting doc’s and proof of payment of fees Grade 1 contractors register over the counter within 48 hrs. 21 working day processing period for Grades 2-9 Registration valid for three years Annual update Capacitation Workshop Session 1a - CIDB Registers Service

7 Track Record Requirements
For each class of works applied for the contractor is required to attach the following documents:- Public Sector Track Record; Letter of Appointment, Certificate of Completion and Final Payment indicating contract value. Maintenance Contractors may provide latest payment certificate indicating the value of work done to date. Additional Documents are required in case of the following contracts:- Joint Venture- JV Agreement indicating percentage per partner. The JV calculator is available on the CIDB website and in the application form. Subcontractor- Sub-contract Agreement and corresponding Bank Statement . Private Sector Track Record; Letter of Appointment, Certificate of Completion and Final Payment indicating contract value. Maintenance Contractors may provide latest payment certificate indicating the value of work done to date and CORRESPONDING BANK STATEMENT.
