Commence planning the forms of reports, data and evidence you will collect to support, not drive your performance management. Each director will leave with an initial plan of what you will collect with a time frame that represents your development and achievements.

Choose a number in you pair 1 or 2. Number 1 read and review points 1 and 2. Number 2 read and review points 3, 4 and 5 Take turns outlining the key points raised in your section to your partner. Discuss how this paper adds further insights into what you can do to control your performance development and deliver on your commitments.
