In a classroom environment, as leader of a company size unit, you have received a warning order directing your unit to prepare to deploy in support of an Army or Joint mission, and given unit SOP and unit movement directives.
STANDARD
Establish liaison with all agencies involved in your unit’s movement of personnel and equipment, determine coordinating responsibilities, and request transportation to support the movement. The unit must be prepared to move to the port of embarkation (A/SPOE) without delay upon receipt of the movement order to arrive on the date as specified by the order. 2
