Rice Pudding w/ Coconut cup uncooked rice 1 / 2 cup sugar 1 / 2 liter of water to cook rice 1 liter of milk 100 grams shredded coconut 1 can sweetened condensed milk Directions place the cup of uncooked rice and 1 / 2 liter of water in a pot cook over low heat for cooking. Wan sugar, cloves and cinnamon ...after cooked, add the milk gradually and stir slowly with a wooden spoon.when the milk is thickened remove from heat add condensed milk and grated coconut sprinkle a little cinnamon powder on top allow to cool, and taste!

1 (8 ounce) jar roasted peanuts, skins removed 1 (8 ounce) package tea biscuits (such as Marie Biscuits) 2 tablespoons white sugar 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk Directions Line a 9-inch square dish with waxed paper. Pulse the peanuts and biscuits together in a food processor until the mixture resembles coarse flour. Add the sugar and pulse to mix. Pour the sweetened, condensed milk into the mixture and process until the mixture forms a ball that pulls away from the sides of the food processor bowl. Transfer the mixture to the prepared dish and press with your hands into an even layer. Allow to sit at least 15 minutes, up to overnight. Remove from the dish and cut into squares to serve. Store in air-tight containers between uses.

28 Recipes Pineapple and Ginger Juice 1 Pineapple, 1 tbsp of fresh ginger, 4 cups of water, mint to garnish. Wash the pineapple. Cut the top and tail, and place on a chopping board. Cut off the skin, in large strips. Place the strips of skin, into a pan with the ginger and water, and boil for 15 minutes. Strain, and refridgerate. Serve cold with fresh pineapple pieces, and a garnish of mint.
