7. Measurable Outcomes Random Ward Sweeps.
No incidents regarding fire, or weapons.
Prohibited items still found such as carrier bags, deodorant cans, tablets.
Highlighted that visitors to the wards were bringing prohibited items on, intentionally and unintentionally.
Discussion around further safety for the unit to reduce risk further.
