2. Former USF BS Nursing students Can: a) Order official transcripts and have them sent directly to NursingCAS (USF request) (NursingCAS instructions) b) Upload USF unofficial transcript Uploading instructions are contained in the following slides.

3. Log into my.usf.edu

4. Click on OASIS

5. Select Student Records

6. Clicking on View Unofficial Transcript will take you to another site.

7. Florida Shines is an external site for state of Florida colleges and universities. Your same NetID login should work here to view your unofficial transcripts.

8. Select “Check Your Progress”

10. Select USF and Sign In to access your unofficial transcript.
To download, this may vary depending on your operating system or other options, but download the unofficial transcript to your computer or Google Docs or other location.
For this demonstration, I clicked Print This Page in the top right of the page and saved the document as a .pdf file.

13. Be sure to save your document and proceed to uploading in NursingCAS.
