The country suffered for thirty years under the tyranny of their harsh dictator.

4. congress- An assembly of people who make the laws. (p. 292)
Congress is essentially charged
with reconciling our many points of

issues of the day.

5. militia- A group of citizens trained to fight and help in emergencies
