2 The Child Development Service
Part of Child & Adolescent Community Health within Child & Adolescent Health Service Assessment, early intervention and therapy services to children with, or at risk of developmental disorders and delay. Approx. 185 FTE employed out of 19 sites across the metropolitan area. 10 different professions including a range of allied health professionals and paediatricians, along with administrative staff. 21 September September 2018

3 Identifying the need The HRIT review of child development services
Recommendations to support the delivery of high quality, consistent and timely services – a single electronic information system is seen as central to achieving this outcome ‘Data is incomplete and unreliable such that it is impossible to estimate demand or plan service demands accurately’. 21 September September 2018
