2 Submitting a Claim The summary section of the claim will display the following. Status Indicates the progression of the claim. Ref# A number assigned by eFDN. Auth# Number assigned by Fleetwood when approval has been given for a repair. FEI Claim# Number assigned by Fleetwood for a claim that has been submitted. Ref Claim# References the original claim number that has been appealed. Recap# Number assigned by Fleetwood for the dealers month end warranty statement. Recap Date Completion date of Fleetwood’s month end process. RO# Dealer work order number. This area will also indicate submitted and adjusted amounts. All appropriate fields must be populated to submit a claim.

3 Submitting a Claim Enter repairs if not already entered on the authorization request (9 repairs per claim). Click on print for a hard copy of the claim. Either click on save & close or submit. Enter labor if not already entered on the authorization request (See authorization request for procedure). Enter part number and hit enter or click on binoculars to validate. For a part that does not have a part number enter misc. Tab to the description field and populate with a detailed description of the part. Enter quantity and price. Enter freight if needed. Enter quantity and price. Enter freight if needed. Adding parts to a warranty claim.
