Mike: Late into the summer (July 22 to July 29) had the administrators watch the video 30 Day Project by Matt Cutts.  Asked them to identify what they would consider doing for the next 30 days to kick off the school year. Quite honestly it was evident that by October there had not been much movement within the buidlings.

From August through October the use of Canvas at the Intermediate and Elementary Level was almost non-existent.  A handful of teachers at the high school were using it, but those were the same ones who had used an LMS on their own.

Current Year Elementary Not as many devices, but there is a definite difference between an instructional leader who is embracing using Canvas to demonstrate and involve their staff vs. the other, where the principal is much more willing to use the LMS.
