So to build up a viable Auxiliary - we must implement procedures to successfully re-engage former members and increase new member participation.
Talk about successful acquisition – in a nutshell –its simply articulating ones pride in what we do, who we do it for and why we are doing it. Acceptance will come through the desire to be part of the work we do.
