List 3 strategies you use under “My Ideas”
Stand and find a colleague to engage in the “Give One, Get One” strategy
Write under “Your Ideas” the “get one” strategy you acquired, and thank your colleague
Repeat steps 3 and 4 until “Your Ideas” is complete
-Presenter/PD Team Facilitator-Emphasize that this strategy can be used in the classroom with students
-Timer is recommended
-Presenter will tap into audience’s prior knowledge: What engagement strategies do you use in your class?
-Pass out graphic organizer (1-2 min think time)

Line up alphabetically by the college you graduated from with your Bachelor's Degree and share what your major was.
Step 2:
In triads, discuss one of the strategies that you could implement into your lessons.
Step 3:
Share something interesting that you heard in your triad about incorporating one of these strategies.

Spectrum Strategy can be used to enhance CONTENT learning (line up according to the amendment that you think shaped this country/ which part of the cell is the most important/ line up by element properties). Emphasize the importance of including team building activities into lesson plans.
