Identifying the problem
Difficult at first because we weren't sure what market to focus on
Realized this is one of the most important steps because once we defined it everything went more smoothly
People didn't respond well to our initial FB page
Need to be able to be flexible and try other ideas
Need to be aware and understand the market we are dealing with
