The focus of the post-workshop assessment is on improving INASP training so answers are a reflection on the training materials NOT the facilitator or the participants
The second part of the form is the workshop evaluation which is about your experience of this workshop
This exercise is about the quality of the training and is not being used to show up any weaknesses (and strengths) of participants or of the facilitator.

For the participants to reflect on what you learnt
The questionnaire should be completed as part of the workshop or within 5 days of the end of the workshop
Time required – 45 minutes
You will notice that the questions are similar to those in the pre-workshop assessment, but you might find you want to answer them differently as a result of the workshop.
