Do you really think the renters are going to change the filters and protect your HVAC equipment?
With having the supply and return temperatures along with the total amperage draw of your HVAC system
the analytical software can predict a problem putting the dirty filter at the top of the list. Not changing your
filters is the same as not changing the oil in your car. Dirty filters will shorten the life expectancy of your
expensive equipment.
Babies room:
The Mom and Dad need their sleep and the baby should sleep comfortable to be healthy and strong. The
baby is going to kick the covers off. So put the temperature sensor in the babies room, why have an
