3. Available Events Select Application to Proceed Without Prepaying Fees from the Available Events menu. Click NEXT. 2

4. Select the party you are representing in this case. Click NEXT. 3

5. Now select the party or parties you are filing against. Click NEXT.

6. Attach the Application to Proceed Without Prepaying Fees NOTE: All additional documents to the Application must be filed as attachments. When your filing is complete, you should only see on the docket your Application to Proceed Without Prepaying Fees with attachments. All documents must be in PDF format and cannot exceed 10 MB (megabytes) in size. Click on Browse to begin. 5

7. Click BROWSE to navigate to the appropriate directory and file on your computer to select the application. After verifying that this is the correct application, with the filename highlighted, click Open, or simply double click on the filename. To attach the Complaint, click Browse under Attachments.

8. STEP 1: Click Browse to upload the Complaint. STEP 2: Describe it, either by using the drop-down box and/or the description text box. Repeat Steps 1-2 for the Civil Cover Sheet, Summons, and any additional documents you wish to file. When you are done, click NEXT.

9. Proceed through the remaining screens by selecting NEXT to complete your filing.
