2 What is Energy WorkSite
Energy WorkSite is a platform that enable tracking, analysis, aggregation and reporting of energy data at the Enterprise, Facility, Meter (Electric, Gas, Water), Submeter, and Equipment level.    Energy WorkSite allows on-demand reporting in the form of graphs, charts, and tables at the enterprise or individual building level thru powerful Dashboard visualization. Energy savings is achieved when raw energy data is turned into energy information, knowledge and actions. See also our companion solution called Facility WorkSite – Work Order Management and Preventive Maintenance. Energy WorkSite is a window into the energy performance of a facility. 3 Energy Worksite Energy WorkSite is an enterprise class Energy Information Management System (EIMS) offering composed of energy information panels/charts, contained within an integrated and highly graphical environment. Limited Data Access Wireless access to meter and/or BAS data Static “Historical” Data Leverage both historical and real-time data Information Overload Outlier Management built in. Limited Expertise Built-in User Interface “simplicity“. Software Overload Self Service UI increases user independence Electric, Gas, Water, and equipment metering, submetering, modeling.

4 Outlier Management By automatically identifying energy outliers and accelerating the process of root cause identification, it allows corrective action(s) to be taken faster. The resulting benefit is measureable/monetized gains in both energy savings and operational efficiencies. Building IQ Confidential September 20, 2018

5 Dashboard Management User personalized Dashboards require one time setup and provide continuously updated data according to user specifications. Building IQ Confidential September 20, 2018

6 Metering and Modeling Meter data is captured in 15-minute intervals identifying exactly when usage begins to exceed threshold range. Modeling calculates expected energy use and compares it with your actual interval load data to populate the reports and charts you’ve pre-selected. 7 Case Study - Idaho K-12 Energy Efficiency Project
Idaho Office of Energy Resource Primary decision maker Sue Siefert - Idaho Office of Energy Resources, Commercial/Institutions Program Manager Solutions Used Energy Monitoring Energy Expert Energy Kiosk Notes 104 Schools in 42 school districts participated in the Monitoring The project was parallel to a retrofit and auditing effort of 894 buildings, some districts achieved 15 – 20% measured savings. The Office of the Governor and state lawmakers committed over $17 million of American Recovery and Reinvestment Act State Energy Program funds toward energy efficiency upgrades for K-12 existing school buildings located throughout Idaho. 8 Case Study – Port of Grays Harbor
Primary decision maker Tony Simon , Washington State Univ. Energy Unit Solutions Used Energy WorkSite Metering Submetering Notes EWS was leveraged to supply energy use information for a large pumping system that clears silt from the port. Energy data was used to calibrate pump timing to follow daily tidal patterns. Founded in 1911, the Port of Grays Harbor became the second port district formed in Washington State. Once the leading export port for U.S. grown timber, Grays Harbor now leads the U.S. in exports of American grown soybean meal and is the number one seafood landing point in Washington State Energy WorkSite – Energy Information Management System – Energy Modeling - Metering

9 Case Study – Beaverton SD
Beaverton School District Primary decision maker Matt F. Lichtenfels, LEED AP, CEM, Energy & Resource Conservation Program Manager Solutions Used Energy WorkSite CUSUM Savings Reports Daily Status Notifications Notes Facility Managers use the platform to detect operational or equipment issues at their assigned school Savings reports are generated monthly for the District as a whole and at the building level The Beaverton School District educates more than 40,000 students in 51 schools. It is the third largest school district in Oregon serving a population of over 260K covering 57 square miles. Energy WorkSite – Energy Information Management System – Energy Modeling - Metering
