2 Abstract: EC0043 This session will address the use of generic forms of maturity models as an organizational philosophy to strengthen programs in such areas as project management, business continuity, enterprise risk management, and similar disciplines. Areas addressed will include fit to organizational culture, applicability to governance functions, challenges of quantification and metrics, and models as a component of strategy. 9/20/2018 © 2013 by L.
