Guidelines
Fill in the application just as you would on paper, by typing your information in the relevant slides.
Please provide all information accurately and precisely.
Wherever possible, include bullet points, diagrams, charts, documents and other descriptive data.
The Application should provide the accurate details of the senior officer of the organization (from amongst the MD, CEO, COO, CFO, Chairman, Directors, Partner, Trustee etc.) and the contact person. The IMC Digital Awards Cell will be sending you all communications on these ids and addresses.

Guidelines
There will be total 16 awards given under this category to end users of IT. There are 8 industry group and in each group there will be two Awards based on company size as mentioned below. The participants are segregated into 2 broad categories – Company Type and Company Size. Both these categories are further divided as below :
Company Type –
BFSI
Manufacturing and Engineering
Healthcare
Utilities & Energy– Telecom, Gas, Infrastructure, Electricity, Transportation, Logistics, etc.
Education and Training
Retail & Ecommerce
Pharma Chemical Process Industry
Government Department for major digital transformation and services (Will be decided by the Jury for their outstanding work)

Guidelines
Company Size –
Small / Medium Enterprises – Revenue upto INR 500 Crores
Large Enterprises – Revenue above INR 500 Crores
Criteria
Innovative use of technology.
Significant impact achieved by the use of technology in the areas of productivity, growth and operational cost.
Impact on business competitiveness
Implementation timeline
Participation of entry does not guarantee getting an award. Final decision would be entirely based on the judgement of Jury members
If you have to rectify the application after submission, you will have to submit a new application requesting to cancel the previous one

9. IMC Digital Technology Awards 2017

I/We confirm that we possess requisite intellectual property rights to the material/data/information submitted as also to the product/service submitted for consideration of the Award. By making this application, I/we, grant requisite license/permission to IMC to announce, display, project the applicant/awardee and the product and/or service, as the case may be, and take all steps considered appropriate by IMC, in their sole discretion.
I/We confirm that the decision of Jury/IMC shall be final and binding in this regard.

10. IMC Digital Technology Awards 2017
Note
Receipt of entries after the specified last date may be permitted only at the discretion of the Awards Committee.
Awards Committee will not be responsible for applications that are lost in transit / received late.
If Applicant desires to send the entry in hard copy, that should be submitted to IMC’s Office at Churchgate, Mumbai in an envelope marked “ IMC Digital Technology Awards 2017”.
The Application needs to be completed and signed by senior officer of the organization (from amongst the MD, CEO, COO, CFO, Chairman, Directors, Partner, Trustee etc.)
Incomplete Application received through any mode will disqualify the Applicant from participating in the Awards.
Disqualification of entries received is at the sole discretion of Jury Members and Awards Management, on a case by case basis.
