1. Data Sharing Agreement
Before an IR can promote First Utility’s services they are required to agree to the terms of this Data Sharing Agreement as outlined below.
Information provided by IR’s may be used by First Utility and held for the period they are providing First Utility’s products and services and a minimum period of 3 years thereafter.
Information provided by IR’s may be shared with enforcing authorities and governing bodies for the purposes crime prevention without any prior consent. 
Information provided by IR’s may be shared with ACN.
First Utility may undertake a credit check for the purposes of checking Independent Representatives are on the electoral role. No financial information will be kept on file.
First Utility may undertake a CRB check as outlined in First Utility’s Independent Representatives acceptance agreement.
Information provided by IR’s and held by First Utility is protected under the Data Protection Act.
