Due to a possible sections boys basketball game that will be held in Delano on Saturday night, we have had to change the time of the Tiger Fun Fair. It will now be held from noon to 4pm on Saturday, February 27th. If you have signed up to volunteer and need to change times (or you would like to add a time), the link to the volunteer sign-up is below:

4 “I Love to Read” Logs Last week’s total = 2598 minutes!
You need to read at least 100 minutes a week to earn a ticket for the Reading Fair. Extra minutes beyond 100 help us with our school goal. Keep up the great reading and remember to turn in your second week’s minutes next Tuesday. Happy Reading!

5 Mystery Readers You could join our love of reading in 1st grade by being a mystery reader.  A few days before you come to read, I will ask you to share 3 clues about yourself and/or your family (how many kids are in your family, what you like to do, trips you've taken, etc.)   On the day of your visit, we will try to guess who it might be before enjoying the story you brought.    If you are unable to read at the time listed but would really enjoy reading in our room, please send me an and we'll find a time for you! Sign up using the link below:

This weekend, you should have received an invitation to complete the survey regarding homework in our class. I would like every family to complete the survey. Please let me know if you do not want to participate. I would like the surveys to be completed by Wednesday of this week.
