Identify major topics that might be addressed during your engagements and provide updates on those discussions here. Topics are in sync with Brigade, Division, and State Dept objectives. This will provide structure to the meetings and will avoid leading conversations into sensitive areas.

Bring your camera every time you conduct an engagement.
Label your photos that caption the story the photo is trying to tell.
1/1AD Religious Engagement Summary
In a narrative format, identify the engagements conducted within the past week. Weekly reports give the Command the information they need to report to higher, as well as keep you accountable on steady progress. Engagements conducted on a regular basis build relationships that may prove to be critical as SIGACTs happen.
Highlight significant stories and be sure to cover the facts only. This is just an update. Assessments can be provided in detail in a separate OPSUM.
Crop and resize the photos to fit the desired space. Don’t stretch photos.
Don’t forget to put your name on your products.
Consider OPSEC as well as cultural awareness as you select your photos.
