2 What is Pearson Tutor Services/ Smart Thinking?
This resource included in MyWritingLabPlus allows you to submit papers (maximum length of 15 pages) on any subject and receive personalized feedback from a person with a Master’s or PhD in that subject. The papers come back in an average 24 hours.

3 First time logging in If this is your first time logging in since December 15, 2016, you will need to reset your password. Remember to use Firefox or Google Chrome as your web browser! User: CSUB ID ( ) Password: Click “Forgot your password”

4 Forgot your password Your username is your 9-digit CSUB ID # If you don’t see an after a few hours, try resetting your password again. If you do not receive an , please contact the CSUB IT Helpdesk ( ) You will then need to check your CSUB Outlook

You may have to check your Junk or Clutter folder

6 Changing password If you have difficulties resetting your password, please contact the MWLP Headquarters at or Enter your new password and click continue! You can now sign in to the MyWritingLabPlus website with your new password

14 How to Submit a Paper When submitting an essay, be sure to ONLY select the Essay Center bubble. The other two suggestions are not essay submissions

Here, you will see a list of papers you have submitted. To access you paper, click the Title link.

You can download the original file you submitted. You can also download the tutors response to your paper.
