2 Adjectives Classification
Fact Adjectives – give us factual information E.g. : new, large, round, wooden, etc. Opinion Adjectives – tell us what somebody thinks of something or somebody E.g. : nice, beautiful, etc. Opinion Adjectives usually go before fact adjectives.

3 + noun Fact Adjectives Order When we use two or more fact adjectives
How big? (tall, big, small, large) How old? (young, old) What color? (blue, black, white) Where from? (American, Chinese) What is it made for? (plastic, wooden) + noun

4 Fact Adjectives Order Adjectives of size and length usually go before adjectives of shape and width. E.g. : a large round table, a tall thin girl When there are two color adjectives, we use and. E.g. : a black and white dress, a red and yellow flag

5 About Time the first two days the next few weeks the last ten minutes

6 After Verbs We use adjectives after be, get, become, seem.
E.g. : Be careful! We use adjectives to say how somebody/ something looks, feels, sounds, tastes or smells. E.g. : The dinner smells good. To say how somebody does something, you must use an adverb. E.g. : Drive carefully.
