8. Trip Insurance Cancellation Policy:
Full refund- First deposit through June 1, 2017
75% of the per person program fee – June 2 through August 31, 2017
NO REFUND between September 1, departure
**Trip Insurance is available through Allianz**

9. FYI…. You must make first deposit when you register.
Registration for the trip closes April 15th. After this point students will be put on a wait list. If students are not registered or on the wait list by the end of the school year they will be unable to attend.
If there is space available ONLY new students to HJS will be permitted to register next school year.
