Square toiletries ltd. was at first merely a division of SQUARE pharmaceuticals limited, and became a separate private limited company in 1994.

The personnel department is responsible for the followings: Providing techniques and strategies in formulating systems for manpower planning, selection, recruitment and induction. Doing job evaluation and salary administration. Conducting systematic job analysis and drawing up job description for assessing training and development needs of management as well as employees. Providing opportunities for training and development and both management and employees. Planning career progression of all management and employee. Instituting systems for performance appraisal.
